Mushrooms Mushrooms Everywhere

As a result of the last few days of rain, mushrooms have been appearing EVERYWHERE. In fact, all these pictures of different mushrooms are ones I took while on a walk yesterday. I didn't know there were so many types of different mushrooms. 

Welcome December

Around here we are welcoming December with rain. I'm pretty sure it hasn't rained this much since spring, but I don't mind it. I tried to get a gif of the rain and sadly this one did not turn out like I wanted it to. Lesson to me (and lesson to you) : when taking pictures to turn into a gif, always use a tripod. Anyways, I still wanted to post some pictures of the rain so I decided to post this anyways. You learn from mistakes and they make you better in the long run, yeah? I hope so. Hope you enjoy it nonetheless...

Remains of Fall

It's the last day of November. Which means that winter is just around the corner, and time is flying fast. So, my fall pictures will be coming to an end....unfortunately.  Here are some pictures that I've taken of the leaves; the last hurrah. 

Moon Experiment

Guess who learned how to make a GIF file?

Tonight I went outside to take, yes another, picture of the moon. I took a series of pictures and when I uploaded them, I noticed that they had captured the movement of the clouds. So, I decided to try my hand at creating a GIF file where I could show the movement to you. I'm quite excited with the results! Enjoy!

Fall Portraits

I'm trying to grow in my photography and as they say...practice makes perfect. But, I haven't been practicing too much lately, so I thought why not take some portraits in this lovely fall weather. So long story short, a portrait session took place of my friend Brianna and I worked on experimenting with different angles and lighting. Hopefully i'll be getting pictures up more often. enjoy!!
